Customize Feedback Studio
The goal of developing Feedback Studio was to create a data-driven, flexible platform with customization to hide features that aren't necessary.
Every company varies in how they prioritize feedback, and it's not always as simple as just votes, or a rice score. Use a combination of multiple options and hide others, to ensure your UI stays clean and easy for your whole team to learn and maintain.
Current customizable options
Triage Mode
Triage Mode
When Triage Mode is enabled, all new feedback will be set to "To Triage" and placed in a triaging queue.
You can then keep track of the new feedback that has been added and ensure enough detail is added and it's in the correct category.
Additionally, you can assign staff members as triagers and get analysis on their triaging stats in our Analytics suite.
Hide Completed Feedback
Hide Completed Feedback
Choose to hide all completed feedback to reduce the amount of feedback you're seeing.
Custom Churn Reasons
Custom Churn Reasons
While we set default churn reasons, you can update these to apply to your business.
Update these, then apply them to your company settings to keep track of your user's churn risk.

Set your OKRs to match your company's overall goals or objectives, and holistically align your feedback.
Moscow Settings
Moscow Settings
Turn Moscow settings on and off! When off they will be completely hidden, but any previous settings you've set on it will be saved.
Rice Scoring

Turn Rice Scoring on and off - and like Moscow, when off this prioritiztion option is completely hidden, but any previous settings you've set on it will be saved.
